. . . oh how i love vintage blenko & empoli glass! these are just a few of my favorites from vm glasshouse...just beautiful!

. . . i could not narrow it down to just a few favorites - i absolutely loved all of lena hautoniemi's paintings! 

i loved everything about them - they seem to tell a story & express beautifully the daily, everyday, things that women do.  i was also drawn to the amazing colors lena uses - especially the lighter pinkish tones but i also loved the deeper reds & browns used, for example, in her see through dress. 

cute painting titles too!
