. . . wow this is stunning! & what great lighting coming into this space! i'm loving the framed artwork above the sofa & of course the lovely wallpaper! 

. . . in regards to the wallpaper - "It’s a flocked-damask-on-Mylar pattern by Cole & Son that I used to delineate the apartment’s public & private areas. It’s a classic old-fashioned motif but executed in a modern way. I love texture, & the silvery background just makes it glow at night. People get scared when you say minimalist, but that doesn’t always mean polished chrome & black leather." - alice cottrell
